Why then is Instant Millions rated ahead of Bejeweled? It's because the tickets are half the price and the Top Prize is four times greater. I have altered my overall evaluation system. I am now taking the Top Prize rating and modifying it based upon two factors: the chances to win any prize greater than the cost of the ticket and the overall return rate for the game.
